About this Database

Subsurface geologic and hydrologic data associated with boreholes are a significant, integral component of the database. Some of the more important elements include: land-surface elevation; depth to water table; depth to bedrock; and interval data on selected material properties, including low and/or high blow count zones, organic soils, and artificial fill. The attached table entitled Definition of database header fields is a comprehensive listing and explanation of all fields contained in the database.
